Return Policy
It is our goal to only sell high quality merchandise. If for some reason you find your goods to be unsatisfactory, you will be issued a credit for a future lee angel purchase. You must make your claim within 5 business days of receipt of package according to the proof of delivery by the freight carrier. Please email info@leeangel.com to make your claim. If determined to be a valid claim, lee angel will issue you an RA# that must be clearly written on the outside of the box and post marked within 14 business days of your receipt of goods. An RA# must be obtained before any goods are sent back to lee angel, orders without the valid RA# will be refused and no credit will be processed. All returns must be received in original and saleable condition with original packaging, including any boxes or pouches. We will not return used merchandise. Shipping and handling costs will not be credited. Sale and special orders cannot be returned and are final sale.
Repairs
We will repair damaged merchandise bought through leeangel.com. Please email info@leeangel.com to obtain an RA# for your repair. Some components may not be available to repair merchandise one year or older.
Care Instructions
We want you to enjoy wearing your lee angel piece for years to come, so please use care while handling as pieces are hand-crafted and often very delicate.
- Gently wipe with a soft cloth after usage.
- Avoid direct contact with water and chemicals such as chlorine and sulfur as these may cause damage and tarnishing.
- Please use care when applying perfume or lotion as these too may cause discoloration and damage to your jewelry.
- The stones and gems used in our pieces are individually unique and may vary in size, shape and color, therefore you may see some natural inclusions and variations.
